FINALLY!! Not satisfied with the quality of the traditional spindle/bearing hinge setups, we set out to design our own tire carrier hinge that we would be trust in 100% for our own products. The spindle/bearing setups are known to crack and snap off at complete random, not something we'll ever use on our products again.

Quality comes at a price but we've done a lot to keep it as low as we can. Introductory price of $95, can ship to anywhere in the US for $13 using flat rate USPS Priority mail. We have 4 available for immediate shipping and will have 20 more ready to ship next week.

CNC laser cut top/bottom plates and 3 supports
precision machined bearing tube with grease zerk and dust cap
tapered roller bearings and oil seal
threaded rear supports with socket head cap screws
MASSIVE 1" shoulder bolt with 3/4" threads
bellville lock washer and 3/4" grade 5 nut
