Good deal on WJ?

Found a 99 grand cherokee for 3450, 201,000 miles, leather, 4.0L i was wondering if that was good deal or could i get it for less, kbb says 4600 so what do you guys think

i'd stay away from the wj's. everyone i've known that has had one has had to replace the transmission at least once within a couple of years of owning them. btw, i know 5 people who have had this problem.

My buds got a 2003ish 4.7 with 115k on the clock, runs perfect. The 4.7 is punchy :)

Find out why it's selling for 1200 below book. If it's in good shape, then yes, paying 1200 less than what it's worth is a good deal. If it's like most vehicle priced below book, find otu what's wrong, what it would take to fix and decide from there if it's worth the extra time and money.
