Hope you get your items.
once upon a time I sold a camera on ebay for $1800 and used my work to send it. the secretary there allways sends everything max insurance so the paper work is allways the same. it doesnt arrive to the guy with in a week, then 3 weeks so I get back ahold of them basturds and ask WTF? they are looking into it and cant find it so offer the insurance, $100!! they cant find my paper work so the insurance was null and my work hadnt recieved the bill yet so I couldnt prove I paid for it. after dealing with them for a couple weeks the guy I was sending the camera too finally called the cops and reported it stolen. They found it that day!! it arrived with video and pictures of some family that wasnt on it when I sent it!!!! bunch a shady people handle our stuff.

Check the signature at the tracking site. Crap-ex tried the same crap with me. Said it was signed for. I looked up the sig. It was by D.River. Yea, not even close to my name.
Idiots delivered it down the street. And the DRIVER signed it as D.River.

I have had 3 different, very big shippments, delivered to the my town, and just sit in their loading area for over a week on each shipment. FEDex's excuse....oh yeah I never got an excuse, or an apology. I had to get an investigation launched, and eventually had the area manager hand deliver all of my packages. (Its what you get if you threaten to move $100k a year of shipping over to UPS).
Go down to your hanger and raise some hell. Then ask for the manager to assign you a new delivery driver, as you can not trust yours.
Then go back down to the hanger the next day and raise some more hell. If you don't get anything done, start scheduling fake deliveries every day and bitch out your drive for being dumb.
I hate all delivery services, but I hate DHL the most (never on time, ever).
Fedex is overpriced unless you have business, and are 75% late in for most large packages, and are 95% on time for letters and documents.
UPS is the best for large packages.

We have very few problems with Brown. Fed-ex is a dirty word in our company! What did they cost you? Shipping free? Where did you order them from?

last year my company shipped $913,881 w/ brown. there is a reason fedex doesnt get a dime of our business anymore.
btw you should have whoever the shipper is contact fedex and take care of this problem.
cheers,

I pulled a ship-test today because of this thread.
In the last year we had 12% of our shipments 'go bad' on Fed-ex. About 90% of those on ground(former RPS). That is almost 20k shipments that went missing or were damaged. Our logistics idiot must get one LARGE kickback on that piece of shit contract.

I'm telling you FedEX is a crooked, piss poor run company. Customers pay them big bux for a bad service. Speaking of which I have been waiting for a part that has been in transit for a week and a half. Sent no other way than Fedex. :tears:

Not to HiJack the thread or anything... :)
Where did you end up buying the Maxxis Bighorns? I'm between either these or the M/T MTZs both seem to be about the same price. Whichever I can come across cheaper will end up being the tire I buy.
Oh, and as for FedEx... that's why my company and everything I order has now been switched over to being delievered by a man in brown...
Thanks,
Bill

I bought them from C.C. Burgess Tire out of Tuckerman, AR.
I found them on Ebay. However, I did not purchase through Ebay.
Listed in their Ebay adds there is an 800 #.
I'm at work or I'd post a link to one of their auctions. Corporate firewall = No Ebay
Call and talk to Jeremy, he's very helpful.
I have no complaints what so ever with C.C. Burgess Tire or Jeremy.
Jeremy is doing everything he can, and I appreciate that.
I priced MTZ's and they were considerably higher. I did not price them with CCBT. I had decided on the Bighorns by then.
