cheapest route for the front are YJ brake lines. I'm running them with 6" long arm and they are long enough. Cost $13 each from RockAuto.com.

I prefer the fullsize chevy lines. They are about the same length, but don't have as much hard line off the caliper to get bent up.
You can also get a rear line from a 96 Dakota. I'm running that combo with about 6 inches and at full droop they still have slack.

X2. Chevy 1500 front lines and a 1996 Dakota rear center line. Just go buy them new, you'll probably be out about $50 tops for more than enough extended lines.

late 80's. I think they are all the same from the mid 80's up to 89. You could just have the parts guy pull some diffrent years and see which ones are the longest.

I would also advise adding flare wrenches to your tools if you don't already have some.
