87 xj no 12 volt to inside

i have an 87 xj 4.0 auto, i was driving to the shop this mornin with the blower motor runnin lights on radio playing and then all of the sudden everything goes dead. the lights work, the battery has plenty of power, loaded it on trailer with winch. i can put power to the starter and it wil turn over, but with the key on i have no power to any gauges, fuel pump, wipers, power windows, or radio, but the lights and hazards work. i checked under the dash and some fuses had power at both sides, and others ground at both sides??? any ideas, i really need to get it back going....

Your ignition switch is probably out of adjustment or toasted.

Not the key, but the switch at the base of the steering column.
