19" is kind small IMO. But then I have 2 22" acers on my desk and a 42" on my wall here at work.

they had a 19" at radio shack the other day for 90. It was an open box item. I would have gotten it but I do not really need one.

Yeah, the 19" wide screens are too small. I'm using a 24" iMac with an extra 23" widescreen monitor. I consider them the smallest usable size in a widescreen as you can read a normal sized document without scrolling.

I would not buy from tiger direct either, they have super shady business ethics.

I've done lots of business with TigerDirect. I've always got good service. What bad experience have you had with them?

They do not honor warranties, and also advertise factory warranties that do not exist. They are currently in legal battle with Dell because they old dell machines (they can't sell current model because dell revoked their reseller status) using the dell logo and claiming that there is a full factory warranty when in actuality they use a 3rd party warranty company and don't give you contact information. Personally Ive had shipping issues (or lack there of) they told me a while back that they had processed and shipped my order only to find out it was on back order. Friends of mine have had problems with the mail in rebates, that they do not honor half the time.

I bought a few things from tiger, mostly those chieftan cases that are rebranded antec. They also were the only place to carry matching color cd optical drives and floppy drives back in the day to match. I never had an issue but then I never bought anything other than components, MB's, CPU's, memory, hard drives, video cards I get other places.

I buy most of my parts from Newegg. I ordered from tiger once and had a bad experience and my friends had similar experiences. So tiger got added to my black list.

Personally haven't had any huge problems. Built a few PCs with parts from them. Currently looking at twin 19" LCDs that I got from them ($204.97 total). I'm not loyal, I just go for the best prices. My last order was from newegg. :)

That's a little bigger screen than an Iphone right?
