Im looking for tips, tricks, advice, and part recomendation for this project.
New Crank(got the idea from JP Magazine) New Exhaust Header with new everything behind it. Bored throttle body and T.B. spacer(do you need both? What can i do with the intake manifold for performance?
I know all you guys have had experience in the 4.0 so whatever worked/didnt work for you I would like to know. Thanks for taking the time to read.

I know hearing this gets old quickly, but in this case, I'm going to recommend that you search this forum and start reading. There are many options to take, most of which have been covered in pretty good depth. Try searching for:
stroker, intake, header, exhaust, performance, etc. These will get you started. You should also take a look at Dr. Dyno's performance page as most of the questions you will have will probably be answered there as well: http://www.jeep4.0performance.4mg.com/
