need help!!!!

what is this part? i know it has something to do with the heater system.. it has one hose running into the heater core, one to the reservoir and one to the thermostat. it also has a vacum line coming off of it... it broke and radiator fluid went everywhere...

I looks suspiciously like the heater control valve assembly.

so basically i just take it out and connect the hoses.
