clutch fan

I've heard screws, welding, pins, I'd maybe mix up some JB weld and make it fit nice and neatly right where the joint is. With screws or welding you could get the whole thing out of balance and then it would start eating water pump bearings.

Convert to a fixed or variable pitch fan. Ford used a variable pitch fan for some years and I used one of them on a I6 Nova. That clutch is a lot of beef to spin if it isn't needed.
