WTB Comanche MJ 88+

My '00 XJ is now deceased (long story). I'm now looking to buy a decent Comanche. Prefer 4x4 with 4.0. 5sp or automatic, don't matter. Can't use a 4 cylinder or V-6. If anybody has one, knows of one, or seen one for sale PM me with what you got. I will consider paying a finder's fee after purchase.

After 3 solid weeks of searching and looking at overpriced junk, I found the Comanche I wanted. '88 4.0 I6, AX15 5spd, NP231, 137k on the clock, blah, blah, blah... I'm gonna seal the deal and the guy backs out. :bs:

Here's the deal folks: I want a Comanche. I have money to buy a Comanche. If you live near me and have a Comanche for sell, and it's what I want, I will buy your Comanche.

1 or 2 them I've already talked to. I pretty sure one of the requirements to sell on Craigslist is to be a knucklehead (my wife's description not mine-I have a more vulgar one). I wasted 3 days with an idiot off a reply to a WTB on a local listing, with nothing to show for it. I'm sorry, but if you got somebody standing in your driveway offering $3000 (CASH) for a 21 year old insignificant vehicle, and you have not had any offers in months, you might want too reconsider your estimated value of your vehicle. Thanks, but if if I can't make a deal anywhere else, not only will I be out of the XJ business but out if the Jeep business all together.
