Does anyone have any or all of the following? I've done Google with limited to no results, and I thought I'd ask...

Rockwell 2.5-tonne axle service manual
Dana 18 Transfer Case Service Manual
Dana 20 Transfer Case Service Manual
Dana 300 Transfer Case Service Manual

I'm also familiar with BillAVista's Tech Page (which I'm going thru again! The only .MIL vehicle stuff he has seems to be for CUCV tho...) and I'll keep digging just in case.

Please, do not post manuals here - email to either 5-90 AT naxja DOT org, or dragonland2001 AT yahoo DOT com. I'd be willing to share with other people who need the info - I'm just trying to round out my Archives...

Try getting ahold of these guys:
http://www.boyceequipment.com/

I have purchased manuals from them in the past for an M35A2 duece and a half. They should be able to supply the Rockwell axle manual or source one for you. From what I recall, the price was pretty cheap on it.

Look for the rockwell book on one of the military TM SM sites. They were used in both the 2.5 ton and the 5 tons even now...

This is not the "level" you would need, but it might get you on the right track.

IIRC, the TM-9-2320-209-34-2-1 and up will cover the axles. Those are the Direct Support manuals. It has been years, but I remember them covering the axles decently. :dunno:

Yup, just different axles, same manufacturer.

I'll keep Googling - and thanks for the links!

I'm trying to save some funds, so I'd prefer not to have to pay for the manuals until I exhaust all other options. Besides, having scans on my laptop allows me to carry them and refer to them pretty much anywhere (carrying .mil manuals can be such a pain when I want to work on them away from my office...) And, having scans saves me the trouble of scanning them myself - especially since I don't have a scanner here...
