Anyone in the east valley have a 8.25 chryco diff cover they want to get rid of? I need one bad, tried bending mine back and it has decided to stay where its at.

a good upgrade for anyone with an 8.25 is a durango cover (04-present)
they are a very heavy,1/4-3/8 thick cast steel cover.
i can get these covers for a good price or check your local dealer.

This Axle has a limited life under my XJ so I am just looking for a OEM cover.

If I buy a crane cover like I think I might, you could have my old one. Its scraped and the edges are bent out a little from dragging the fidd on rocks but it still holds a seal. I'm down in Tucson.

planned for a 44 swap. I may also have a line on an axle that already has 4.56s from some one else to hold me off till i get a D44 and build it.
Will try persuading the OEM cover again but if not looks like its oof to Pick N Pull.

is your 8.25 27 or 29 spline and what size tires do you plan on running?

you should remove "or otherwise" from the title if you only want OEM...

I left that if someone has an aftermarket cover they want to off load for cheap cause they got a better one.
Am going to try and get to the yard tomorrow when they are half off.
