Carrier bearing torque????..... PLease

OK, I have searched and came up with 2 different specs. I have a '99 D30 and need to replace the seals and install my Aussie. I have read some threads and come up with ether 60 lbs or 45 lbs. Would some one be nice enough to confirm the correct specs?

I know it comes up a lot Hasta but some help would be great.

According to my Yukon guide, it states 60 ft/lbs for a D30 cap.
