91 limited power seats no worky

so, i have checked for fuses, the book lists a 30 amp circuit breaker for the power seats, it is fine, i replaced it, and still no work, both seats are plugged in, i checked the plug and it has no power yes i had a good ground on my test light. is there a relay for the seats? what else can i check, neither seat works. only other thing that isnt working is the rear wiper, but im assuming that unrelated

the seats run off battery power, not from the ignition. you need to make sure you have power in and out of the switches in each direction if the circuit breaker test good then the problem is between the circuit breaker and the seat. I would even pull the carpet up under the drivers footwell and check for corroded wiring from moisture under it.

so i shoudl put my test light to each prong that the circuit breakers hook up to?
