Locker Going Bad

To make a long story short. I live in the Bahamas, my truck is on NJ, my wife called me today she said the rear was making noise I sent her to my friends. They told here my rear locker is starting to go it's a richmond ezlocker it has been in the truck about 3000 miles rear is an 8.8. I truck get driven about 80 miles 6 days a week. what went wrong? and what locker should I get now?

make them send you a new one. 3000 miles is nothing

the little teeth weardown causeing it to slip. or it just always been noise. just get real locker anyway. I run a detroit on my DD 35s love it. and its an 88

Make sure you get the Eaton and not the Auburn.

yeah... i wouldnt suggests using an ezlocker in a rear application. esp if it is daily driven
