Transmission slipping?

Here's what I got. Cruising at about 65 miles per hour, the transmission feels like it 'slips' out of gear for just a second, the speedo drops about 10 mph to 50 or so, then jumps right back up. My speed doesn't decrease, just the speedo for a second. You can feel the jeep kind of skip and stall for a brief second, then back to normal. It only does this at highway speeds, and very randomly. Several days I'll drive it and it's fine, then all of a sudden it does it once or twice.

It's a 2000 XJ, 4.0, auto, 33's.

Any ideas?

Searched a bit, (should've done that first, duhhh). Seems the TPS is the first thing to check. I'll try that today. Any other ideas just in case?
