Well, I was walking down the street at noticed what looked like crossover steering on a Jeep
Obviously, I had to get on my hands and knees and check it out
Sure nuff, its a JK with a BEEFY crossover tie rod and offset TREs to knuckle.
Anyone know anything more about these front axles?
THey are supposed to be D44s, correct? Will the outers bolt in to our D30s? TREs same size? width from WMS to WMS?
Any parts interchange at all, without buying the whole damn axle from Mopar?

They come with cross over steering, it is a dana 44 with with better shafts, 5 x 5 bolt patterns, a much bigger R&P, and its high pinion. It will need bracket work to swap to an xj. And they are cheap. Its been covered quite a bit and a search would bring you some results.

They are not that cheap anymore, they shot up in price.

i run jk rubi axles in my junk.
very good value IMO.
only down side is the lack of used wheels/tires for it with the 5 on 5 bolt pattern. stock rims dont have enough backspacing to allow for good size tires, and used aftermarket wheels are pretty rare.
