Wheel backspacing for disc brakes

I looked for info on wheel back spacing for cherokees with disc brake but i didnt find and info does anyone on here know. Ive heard its 4.5 which hopefully is incorrect cuz mine are 4'' backspacing. I would like to know before i do the conversion and find out my wheels will not fit.

15" any backspacing as long as its a 15" wheel

Anything less than stock will work. You use less backspacing so your bigger tires dont rub on the suspension. Hope this helps..

Yeah i already found that part out the hard way tire shop told me my front would rub if i turned sharp didnt bother to tell me my rear tires were rubbing on the springs all the way to Oregon (nice huh) so i have rock crawlers now with 4" back spacing. Hey thanks fer your help 15x8 4inch backspacing
