Problem with my IAC

I drive a 89 xj auto 4.0 4x4 and Im having a problem with a high idle. Im sure it is my IAC

I had it disconnected and it was idling fine, then i lent the jeep to my buddy and he plugged it back in and now it idles high. I tried unplugging it but now its always idleing high

what is the problem?? what can i do to fix it?
