oven baking

i am trying to paint my center caps black to match my rock crawlers and i was wondering if i can oven bake them, and for how long at what temp. i ask this because ive already done the driver side and the paint scrapes off everytime i try to install it, i want it to be durable, by the way im using rustoleum semigloss black

Sounds more like improper prep.

Are they -

Clean
oil free (wipe them with Xylol)
Please tell me they are not the chrome ones. If they are chrome....gotta ge tthat plating off.
