TCM

Can anyone help, I have a 89 Cherokee with a a AW4 Trans. I am going through TCM like crazy they last about a mouth and then burn out, help..

How do you know the TCM is burned out?

Check connections and grounds. Check current draw of solenoids?

You need to provide more details.

How do you know it's bad?
What do you do to fix it?
How long does it run?
How does it perform up to the time it "burn's out" again?
What other work have you done to it lately?
When did it start doing this?
Did anything else happen before it started?
What other problems are you having?

Maybe you should just dump it.
