9/12/06 I ordered 4 "U" bolts from Superior Automotive....as of this date I still have not received them. I spoke with "customer service" a few times, last friday they assured me that they were giving them to UPS that day for 2 day delivery and that I would have them by monday, a week later and I still don't have.
They have given me every excuse from they did not have the packing material to they ran out of that size and it shouldn't have even been on their web site...THEIR being the key word, it is their web site and they are responsible for the content.
I even went to another size because they assured me they had that.
I dealt with them in good faith and they were paid, it is their responsibility to get the product to me,( if this happened in my son's and my business,I would have ordered them from some place else, just to get them to the customer) however it doesn't look like that is going to happen.

The company is:

Superior Automotive
1515 South Avalon
W. Memphis, AR 72301

X2. Time to move on.

I have to wonder why you ordered u-bolts from Arkansas when you could have bought them locally. You might even be able to have some made up for you on the spot if you look around where you live...

exaxctly, I go to a semi truck supply house with my dimensions and they bend them up to my specs on the spot, I think they are 15$ a set, can't remember but much cheaper than your average parts place.

I haved moved on...I just thought I would let the fine ppl. NAXJA know that this may be a company to shy away from.
Its not the $$$ by any means...its the principal...If we have a customers money and cannot deliver the goods, we either refund their funds or if it even means losing our profit margin on this particular job we will get what the customer requested at another supplier. Its called "Customer Satisfaction".

The problem is, you sir....are a Yankee.

They are in Arkansas....the more you push....the more they stall.

Not defending them by any means...just pointing out the obvious.
