quick help needed

Just finished my 8.25 rear locker (aussie install) and the spin test came out great, C clips are in etc, but when I shake the rear tires I get a slight bit of movement from left to right and can hear them moving a tad...nothing to worry about? its still on jackstands. Dont want to button it up until I know for sure.

Do you mean that the axle slides in and out a little? If so it should not be a problem if it's like 1/8" or less. If it's more than that then there could be a problem.
