Dude killed his ex woman and stuffed her in trunk in his closet left her there for weeks. When he got caught cause of nasty odor from corpse, he told the court that the CIA or FBI planted the body to frame him cause of his protest work. The wiki article says $40k, not $400k.

It also says that only 10% of the bond was paid, and it was paid by someone he knew.

Arlen is kinda on the fence if you ask me. Spector is one of few Rs that voted for the porkulius bill.
