Where to buy 98+ seat belts (new)?

Local stealership doesn't carry and can't order them so they tell me. I'm looking for new seat belts. I already have the portion that attaches to the seat and has the release button. Need both driver's side and passenger side.

If you know where to look, just point me in that direction because all of my searches turn me to pre-98 XJ belts which were different or Grand Cherokee belts.

The parts department says that when they don't want to bother looking up and ordering parts that don't add to their sales commission. I would find a more customer service oriented dealership to spend my money at.
