Jonathan -- you are welcome to mine as well, no beer required, just replace all the blades you're going to munch!

the write up said about 2 blades per pin. so thats about 8 blades haha. no biggie. they are cheap. and why a dremel? a dremel is small enough to get to the pins. its very limited work space. my 4.5" angle grinder wont fit in there, and i dont trust a sawzall for this kinda job.

I used an angle die grinder with a cutting disk on it, didnt even use 1 disc. cutting was done in ten minutes,it took longer to disconnect all the wiring (power doors)

I may just have to take you up on your offer, seeing as how your less than a mile away from me. Ill replace all the blades and promise not to burn it up. :nono:
When are you going to let me buy you a beer? I asked Frank the same thing. He said "if you wanted to pay me, you probably couldnt afford me" haha

No matter what tool you use you will find a few pins that you can't get the blade all the way through. Have an old flat head screwdriver or a chisel with a big hammer. Cut as far as you can through each pin. Place the chisel in the cut groove, and smack it.
If you have a 4 door the rear doors can be easier to reach if you cut them while the door is closed. Access them by opening the front door and looking back into the rear door jam.
Someone make cotter pins than fit perfectly. I found it easier to put a few of the cotter pins in from the bottom, pushing them up. If you have power windows in your 99 you might need two people for the front doors.
