MINI ROCK BUGGY

So I was sitting on the toilet again today reading an off road magazene and I suddenly had the idea of a mini rock buggy. A single seat job. 4 stroke ATV drivetrain. Tube frame. 28 or 29" tires. Lots of ground clearance. It sounds like it would kick ass for its size. Any thoughts?

Kinda like mini baja except with more power and 4wd. maybe even solid axles.
