We had a pretty good day, with me being the hold up all the way around. I got some bad gas in salina leaving town, and by JC she was missing like mad. Stoped at the local autozone, and they told me misfire hole #2. So i tryed my way of thinking, and went and bought some more gas, and then put 2 cans of heat in it. Ran great all the way there. Then by the second or third good jolt, the Catalitic(SP) Converter was rattling, and after clearancing it on a couple of rocks, the jeep would run rough on startup. I could shut it off and try again, and it would run great. But just a pain in the hindparts. Going to fix the whole cat problem today.

Other than that, we had a great day. My jeep really impressed me, and we went places we had not gone before. Still not a bad jeep like matt has, but with the wife along, she could see first hand why i would like gears and lockers this winter, and permission has givin if we have the funds.

We need me, josh, you (Dalen), and some other cherokees on 31s for some friendly competition. There's a guy on the KC Jeep Club coming out the 21st/22nd, with a 2001 solar yellow XJ with the same lift as me and 31s. It should be fun, I look forward to it.

But I also like going with larger XJs, and I hope to see the black 4 door sport out there again (kc jeep club) and some others.

i can tell you right now im not much of a competitor right now. I just dont have the funds to fix it if it breaks from being a show off. I go slow, take my time, and use my spotters.

Im always willing to wheel. And it is fun to wheel with guys with like equipment. I look forward to getting to wheel with you and josh in a couple of weeks.

I think i have all the bugs out now, got the cat put back in, and wow, no more rattles comming out of it. So im good to go. Did some looking on my muffler too, no holes in it, but it is smashed up a bit, i wonder if the lifetime warrenty at autozone will cover clearance problems. :jester: Just kidding.

Well, get your rig ready josh, i would hate to have my junk out perform you.
