Does anyone here have a leak-down tester I could borrow.
My POS KTM 625 won't run and I can't find the problem....

see theres your problem... ktm.. lol.. but no i dont have that tool, just thought id give you a hard time for buying a european bike :D

Are you speaking from experience Rich?? :eyes:
I checked the valve lash and it's spot on. I know that doesn't rule out bad valves.
How do I check without pulling the head?

I got one you can borrow.. Im here in Huntington Beach... And x2 what Rich said most likely intake valves...

Cool! I'm in Primm this w/e for the race, so when I get back I'll PM ya.....
BTW, If it is intake valves, are we talking just worn and not seating? Burned?Carbon build-up? I just cant imagine why the intakes may be bad.

They usually get burned and a little bit is missing around the seat..
