I'm looking at getting a newer 4.0L for my 92xj. I have a line on a 99 4.0L with lo miles on it, will this motor bolt up or is there something I'm overlooking.

The bolting up won't be a problem.. The wiring and certain sensors will be different.
The exhaust pipe will be different.
