I replaced my trackbar with a newer one from Bryson in Loveland. I also added a track bar relocation bracket from 4WD parts that was sitting in the garage.
I was curious about a small alignment shop I saw just north of Budget Home Center in Longmont, so yesterday morning I called em up.
I got an alignment appointment setup for that afternooon and he said it would be about $40. When I got there I mentioned the TB bracket I put in wasn't totally secure so he pulled tools out and drilled a 7/16" hole through the existing bracket and installed a 3/8" bolt to tighten the new bracket down.
Talking jeep stuff, he said he's still busy but 4wd work has slowed some. I told him i'd put a good word in for him on the NAXJA site and then then he only charged me $20 for the alignment and TB bracket work, saying it was minor work on the XJ, only toe-in alignment as I have OEM control arms and TB.
Let's give this guy some business, those in Longmont, Firestone, Frederick, Berthoud, (even those in Loveland and Greeley?). He knows his stuff and seemed pretty sharp.
Maybe the chapter pres might want to talk to him about sponsorship, discounts, etc...

I guess I will give them a try here this week, when I finish my front end parts replacement.

I've worked with Steve. He helped me with everything from my quarter mile, wheel standing race car to my wife's ZJ. He's a good guy and does great work. You may have to hear him complain about everything (and I mean everything) while you're there. He grew up in the shop working for his dad and took over the business many years ago.
