I'm building a new front bumper and so far i have done the mounting brackets. I made some brackets that tie into the front cross member, like the ones that com with the OE tow hook brackets. My question is concerning that little wedge that sits in front of the steering box, if that is removed will it be okay or should i just grind it out some to fit a nut and bolt?
