Hey there everyone. I've seen NAXJA in the magazines before and now I just got a 96 Cherokee and thought this would be the place to come to learn all. It's got a 4.0L H.O. , auto tranny, a dana 30 up front and possibly a 8.25 in the rear. Should I worry that it has 161,000 miles? It runs great and everything seems to work fine.
Hopefully this will be th"ONE".
Ron
PS how can I post pictures or could someone post them for me....

I wouldn't worry about those miles, there are plenty more out there with higher miles still going strong. You can tell if its an 8.25 by the lip on the bottom. If it has a flat lip about 3/8" thick and about 6" long across the bottom of the diff, its an 8.25. If its smooth and round, D35.
You can't post picture directly to NAXJA, but if you use an online hosting service, you can link your pics into your posts. Tinypic.com is an excellent example. Make sure you tag your images or bookmark them so you don't lose them.
Have fun...

Welcome to NAXJA! It's always nice to see fellow Arizonan's on here. I also drive a 96. I live in Peoria, and I work in Glendale. Maybe I'll see you around.
