Whats this axle?

The guy says its a D44 out of either a '63 Ford, or a '73 Ford. IIRC, wouldn't the '73 be a HP? Looks like garbage to me. Only $25 bucks he wants, but I think Im going to pass anyhow. Heres the link. http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/pts/215666369.html

Id pass. You may as well do it right the first time, then put money into that and wish you had a hp and open knuckle.
