Selling my Jeep

I'm probably going to be selling my cherokee and buying another one. I'm not really sure how much to list it for. I know you don't total up the cost of the lift, and tac it onto the price.

Just wondering if I could get some feedback from you guys as to what you'd pay for my Jeep.

Its a 2000 XJ
3.5" lift
32x11.5" BFG All terrains
LP 30 front
8.25 rear end
AA SYE
Teraflex adjustable trackbar
3 row aluminum radiator
new water pump, thermostat and hoses
Stock bumpers front and rear.

Motor has 117k miles and it runs great.

The interior is in pretty good shape. I was thinking between 2k and 2500. The only thing that sucks is finding a buyer who wants a lifted Jeep.
