Axleshaft U-joints

I need to replace a front axleshaft U-joint and I don't really want to tackle the job since everything is pretty rusty (look like original u-joints). I'm going to take it to a shop for the work since I need an alignment at the same time, but would like to buy the U-joint(s) first to save money and ensure they use a quality Spicer joint.

I have a 1990 XJ with AW4, 242 T-case and non-disconnect HP D30 in the front. I'm just wanting to double check that I do in fact have the 260x U-joints. I've read conflicting reports about 1990's with the Bendix ABS system using the larger ones, but the FAQ here at NAXJA makes it sound like the 297's were not in use until later in the mid 90's.

Can anyone help me out before I buy the wrong part?
