Gauges : Analog or Electronic

I've an '89 Gauge Cluster:



is the '90 or '91 an Electronic Speedometer which
looks the same as the '89 ?

I'll need an
Electronic for a swap.

are the '89 gauges analog not
needing the ECM ?

are the '90-'91 gauges electronic via the ECM ?
