Thankyou, Appreaciate it. It was taken from the walmart on wadsworth and colfax in lakewood. They headded north and then went west. I ran after them and almost got em but the sprinklersystem was on and the grass was slippery and i fell and racked myself.

I recommend posting this on the Intermountain Chapter threads as well. With the Fall Fling in Moab this weekend, it just might be spotted.
I'd post it myself but have no clue how to do it.
Sorry to hear about the theft!!! That sucks!

Update**
USBank found my Bank statement in their parkinglot @2:30PM.
It was in the center counsol.
The bank won't release the video tapes because nothing showed up on my account. I am hoping the bastards fingerprints are on the plastic.
cops said even if they got a better discription it still wouldn't help. Does that not make sence to anyone else?!
Since when is having a suspect not a good thing???

when it means they have to work at it.
See if they pull someone over in a stolen car that person could get charged for it, but if they have to look for them O no they can't do that. That would take time away from what they should be doing. O thats right that is what they should be doing.

I'll keep my eyes out in the valley here.
Lifted vehicles are plentiful, but a lifted cherokee, especially a white one, is rare.

Do you have a picture of it?
You just bought it - does the previous owner have a picture?
By the way - What year XJ?

Sorry to here about your misfortune. I know how you feel. Some years ago my Mazda RX 7 GSLSE was stolen from the mall parking lot in Gurnee, IL. Security has closed circuit TV, but, get this.....all the security personnel took their lunch break at the same time, which is when my car was stolen. It was recovered months later, running Heroine from Mexico to Illinois. When it was stolen I was enraged, for a long time. I feel for you. Dave

Cops found it not even a block from where it was stolen. Thanks to everyone who had an eye out for it!
Lost a bunch of tools, R/C rock crawler, highlift jack, CB, Fender flair, baby seat, Baby formula, baby clothes, colorado atlas, the load stabilizer hitch bars for my travel trailer.
They overfilled the engine by 4 quarts of oil, topped off the washer fluid, dented the passenger front fender, and ghetto rattle can painted everything that was black, to a white that doesn't even match. The mirrors, the front door windows, the grill, the reciever hitch, the small black trim piece around the antenna, the rock rails, front bumper, the front fenders because the ripped the other flair off. the even shot the tail pipe with white. :dunno:
Theres over spray and runs everywhere, and I think my dog could have done a better job painting.
Check engine light is on, hopefully just because of too much oil, Idle oil press is only 20 psi.
Theres screws in the battery cables between the cable and batt post.
Steering bar is bent. exhaust is hanging. drivers side front speaker don't work.
Bitches...
28 year old white mother was cought driving and arrested.

Hope she doesn't slip through the system on this deal and they take her down. Did they say if she was the one that took it or if someone pawned it off on her sold it for crack sex or something lame like that. HOOKER!

Ouch!!! I hope your insurance company will cover some of those damages. Sounds like it's going to cost as much if not more to fix it back up as you originally paid for it. Good luck.

I had my 98' 2 dr XJ stolen, it just had a 2" bb and 30" mud tires and black rims. I got it back hours later, it was on bricks a few miles from my with my for sale sign still in the window. They stole the tires/rims, heavy duty floor mats, and steering wheel cover. They left the stock tape deck AM/FM radio, that really makes me know it's crap. I was very lucky, I just drove the guy that spotted it called me and brought another set of rims and tires I had lying around and a flat screw driver and still use that to turn it on and off (they screwed up my steering column big time).
I hope your insurance company takes care of you, sorry to hear it was stolen and now you get to see what they did to jack it up. I wish we could run a shock devise to fry the bastards in the vehicle or better yet before they even break in, think of it like a big bug zapper!!! :)

On the plus side at least you have it back... My XJ is spray painted all kinds of ways. You could get away with spray painting it a darker color lol.
