i used all or part of these write ups when i did mine. the last one is of cutting off the pulley from the mech fan to gain some clearance. if you do this route, a belt from an 83 jeep cherokee(full sized) without power steering or ac will fit quite well. i used NAPA part # 060820. it has been working great since october.
