Throttle body

It will only make a difference at wide open throttle. Take all you can off the T.B and take it to a machine shop. It is a very simple operation. Or find someone who knows how to use and owns a laithe. Buy a small piece of brass plate the same thickness as the original throttle plate and make a new one. It has to be cut in an oval shape in order to fit correctly. Make note of how the original plate sits before boring out, its relationship to the holes inside the T.B I stroked my engine etc.etc.etc and thought I could make use of a larger opening. If your engine is stock I would not bother.

wow! that thing is flippin expensive. You can get one off ebay for less than that. Heck, there are places that will take your old TB for a core

It's actually really easy to do your self. Check out GoJeep's write up. I did it on my 94 and noticed a little more responsiveness from the start.

I won't be doing it on the 96 though. Not really worth it IMO.
