Probably nothing wrong with it but I beat the shit out of my daily drivers so I opted for the Ford.

Yea, if i was EVER going to wheel it i'd consider the solid axle.
This truck drives and rides 10x better then anything out there. I test drove every new 3/4 ton and 1/2 ton truck. Diesel / non-diesel.
The chevy had the best ride by far, not to mention the drivetrain + warranty (5 yr 100k mi) to back it up.
