1991 Runs rough intermittently

I have 1991 Cherokee Sport that will run rough intermittently. I checked the ECU codes. It reported TPS, MAP, and MAT errors. I checked each sensor out and did not find any issues. Voltage readings are within spec.

Any suggestions on what to look at next? Is there any chance that the ECU can be bad?

This is my wife's XJ and she is to the point she does not want to drive. She loves her XJ. Please help me get her out of my truck.

How are the spark plugs? It might help too if you explained how you checked the sensors. Is it rough at idle only?

The plugs, wires, cap, and rotor were just changed recently. As part of trying to figure out the problem.

I tested the sensors as described in the Hayes repair book.

Do you feel the roughness while you're driving or just at idle? How many miles on it? Have you checked the compression?
