4.0 short block for sale, $100

This is a 2000 4.0 that I picked up for the head only but while I was at it I decided to tear down the block and clean/inspect it. It has all been cleaned up and will need a engine kit(bearings, rings, gaskets, cam, freeze plugs, etc), the crank will need to be polished but only a little. One piston will need replacing, it has a very slight crack in the skirt which did no damage to the cylinder.

This would be a good start to a stroker!

This 4.0 came out of a TJ or a WJ.

A local member has first dibs on it but I have not heard from him in a while so its up for sale(unless he contacts me first)

I would recommend re-tanking the block and getting it magna-fluxed before any machine work is done just in case there is a hidden crack some where, but I have not seen any damage to the block.

C'mon, this is almost scrap price! I hate to see another 4.0 go to waste. I don't need it and I have another 4.0 sitting as a spare as it is. I need this one out of the way.
