Stalling when pulling up to light.

I need some help guys. My XJ just recently started shutting off when I pull up to a light (or stop sign). I noticed that it only does it when I am revving a little high and I push in the clutch and it usually will go right back to a normal idle. I have been remaining in gear and started slowing down a little more gradually and it doesnt do it then. I am still learning all symptoms of the 4.0. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks guys, you have always given me great info any time I post a question. I dont hardly ever have to pick up my manual anymore, I have NAXJA :D

That sounds like a slow/non-responsive Idle Control Stepper motor (is yours clean and happy?) - can also be a symptom of having the TPS set incorrectly, or an idle bleed issue (dirty TB passages)
