4.5 leafs, coils, upper and lower fixed CA, HD adj. track bar, drop brackets and braces, new 1" shackles, drop pitman arm, Skyjacker front extended brake lines, Gen II sway bar disconnects, u-bolts (1230 - U-BOLT KIT 3.25" X 8" X 9/16")
Should come out to about 5" lift

How much longer are the control arms compared to stock?

exactly the same length, but with the way these are made you get a bit more flex or drop out of them because the arm connects to the bottom of the bushing side...
