xj to a tj SWAP ??

need to know if a 95 xj 4.0L h.o block will fit in a 00 tj 4.0L ???

Yes, but the head will not have the bosses to mount the ignition

Don;t know if it holds true for TJs, but on a 00-01 XJ you need to use a 00-01 block because of engine mounting brackets and some other accessory brackets.

Also, the 95 head may not have the hole in the head for the TJ's pulley.
