31x10.50 TSL & Pro Comp Street Locks

I'm selling some tires for a freind of mine. There a set of 4 31x10.50x15 Bias TSL's mounted on a set of 15x7 procomp street locks with 4.5" bs with a 5 on4.5 pattern. The tires have anywhere from 90-80% of the tread left on them. The tires new retail for 150 and the rims are 97 from 4wheelparts. He's asking 600 for them as a set and is not willing to seperate at this time. There located in Burlington, NC but I can get them down to here in Charlotte, NC.
