1988 XJ no fuel pressure

Ok so I am posting this for a friend, she has a 1988 XJ with a motor from a 1987 I pulled it from my running rig and put it in hers. Now about six months ago she dropped it into storage, and how the thing turns over fine, but doesn't have any fuel pressure. No fuel, no start, obviously. I moved around a few relays under the hood but that didn't help.

Can you give me any suggestions? And what relay is the fuel pump relay?

there is a reostat on the drivers side fenderwell, check for power there.
Its off white in color, and has only two connections, one an aech side, and only about 3"X1".
