View Full Version : 92 4.0L and AX-15 2wd

This is for the engine transmission only, no vehicle included.

4.0L Engine out of my 92 Comanche. Odometer read 230k when it was pulled out of the truck. I got this vehicle last september, so I don't know much about it. It ran very strong when pulled. Only reason I pulled it is because I had the recently rebuilt motor from my last truck and need the space. Engine stand not included, but everything else you see on the motor is. Manifolds, bracketry, p/s pump, fan, water pump,etc

Also have an AX-15 2 wheel drive. Same as the engine, got the truck in september, don't know much about it. Shifted well when pulled. As you can see, it's a bit dirty. Pulled it because of my 4wd conversion and went to an automatic.

The parts and I are located in Garden Grove, CA. I don't want to ship. Local pick up only. I have an engine hoist for a little while longer, but I don't know how much longer. may need to bring your own if you buy the engine, but let me know, I'll do what I can.

You could buy a whole jeep with a 4.0 and ax-15 for 500 bucks.

i would love to make a $200 offer on the tranny, seeing how its up in California, it would be a 1 day trip for me making the "shipping(me)" way over $200(gas)

i want an ax-15 to crack open tear down and rebuild and place back in my jeep.

i know you dont wanna ship it, but it might have to be done.
