Nights of Columbus!
I cannot get this crap out!
I have removed all the bolts I see, but it isn't moving at all.
Where's the obvious?

The obvious, would of course, be right in fornt of you.

4 torx bolts on the top. 1 10mm bolt that holds the assembly to a bracket shared with the MAP sensor. Rotate and pull the whole mofo out, it's a major PITA to get it out.

That's what I missed.
I will give it a looksy tomorrow. I'm too tired to mess with it now.
